General terms & conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the 'Manual Tolerances for Plane Glass' (Handbuch Toleranzen für planes Glas) are - where applicable - the basis and condition of all agreements, proposals, contracts, pricing, deliveries and services of Wenna Glas GmbH with its suppliers and clients. The GTC also set the conditions for payment, retention of title, warranty and court of jurisdiction. Any deviation from the GTC requires the written form.
The 'Manual Tolerances for Plane Glass' (Handbuch Toleranzen für planes Glas) - available in German only - has no validity for curved glass. The tolerances for curved glass are not regulated uniformly and depend on the respective field of application. We are happy to send you the corresponding tolerances on request.
